What is “Flat Fee”?
Flat Fee Service, (Selling or Lease Purchase) is your opportunity to hire a broker on a “limited services” basis, where the obligation of the broker is simply to enter your listing into the Richmond Multiple Listing Service for a nominal fee. Here your home will be exposed to thousands of potential buyers plus all 4500 Richmond Realtors.
Why use “Flat Fee”?
My Sign is NOT on your property – you are simply agreeing and marketing your property to additional agents & buyers with the understanding and agreement to pay a fee you select, should they write the contract. If you choose 2%, 3% or more, you will still receive massive exposure for your property. (Whatever amount you select.)
